SkuVault vs. Vend

It's very good for multiple locations. It's very easy to manage the inventory for different locations.

Vend was great fit for this dry cleaner/laundry that had high traffic volume with customers stopping in before and after work. Things need to be done quickly.

• Customer support are amazing. Very smart and quick to reply.
• The reporting system has been amazing for ordering and monitoring sales over time,
• The purchase orders have made a huge difference in the speed we can receive products

• It really needs to have customizable access as their default options don't quite fit our requirements for different users.

Their support has been MORE than amazing. I work with them quite often to work in ways to improve how we use our system and learning all about the new things that are coming. The support staff always does their best and usually we are able to find a solution to the issues. And if are unable to find it on the 1st try pass it up to a specialist who quickly works to help you solve it

SkuVault has been much more reliable than our previous product. Our inventory counts have been more accurate as well.

Vend is much more capable than Square POS for product management and inventory control. ShopKeep is fairly similar to Vend but is a more closed ecosystem with fewer third-party integrations and less frequent updates.

• MASSIVE increase in inventory accuracy
• We are now able to hire temps to help with work overflow
• Having a price break when you hit so many licenses has been great since we use to many

• Correct inventory levels has been a game-changer. We use to oversell because of inconsistencies between POS and e-commerce sales.
• The built-in loyalty program has been very useful and was much more appealing to customers than we originally predicted.
