Likelihood to Recommend	V-Technologies The support was not up to standards and they did not handle updates well. They did improve somewhat however it still lacks a sense of individualized attention. There were many issues getting the weights from the scales, so much so that we had to use our ERP system to get the weight and then map it into StarShip. Usability	V-Technologies While it handles hazmat the overall package feels clunky and the support system could use some more attention. I can't say if they have fixed the scale reading issues, since we stopped using that feature.
