TaskQue vs. Unanet ERP GovCon

Companies that face issues due to chaos in terms of document management can really take advantage by organizing all their documents at a single place. TaskQue is inappropriate for project costing requirements in big projects.

Unanet is a great system and has really helped our managers gain more insight to their projects. We have faster timesheet completion rates which leads to faster billing. We have been very happy with the system but there are some trial and error scenarios where it takes us some time to actually get the data needed or use the system the way we need it to be utilized. Thankfully they do have a great support staff that assists with issues as they arise.

• Workload management.
• Auto task management.

• The time keeping component works well. It gives a level of confidentiality we did not have in our previous home grown system.
• We are able to set up projects based on a number of criteria, allowing us to differentiate for reporting purposes.
• We can easily import billing information into our Financial system from Unanet, when previously we would manually enter this information.

• I think Gantt charts should be here to be used as a project management tool. Moreover, affiliation with productivity tools such as time-tracking tools can make it much better.

• Would like to be able to search for users by first name as well as last name.
• Would like to be able to modify save and share some of the canned reports.

TaskQue’s most unique
feature is the queue feature which enables you to assign tasks automatically.
We were seriously fed up with the manual assignment of tasks.

We were used to Deltek's Costpoint from the prior company and Unanet is far easier to use for users, accounting personnel, project managers, and corporate managers. Continuous enhancements lead us to believe that Unanet will be even better in meeting our needs.
