White Fuse is a membership management software designed specifically for associations, non-profits, societies, and clubs. Built with a focus on the UK market, the platform serves as a central hub for organisations seeking to consolidate their data, automate administrative tasks, and improve member engagement. White Fuse combines a CRM with website building, event management, and communication tools. Centralised Membership CRM At the core of White Fuse is a contact…
I have already recommended the app to other coaches in the district. We have also talked about implementing the app for our section and conference. Due to the volatile nature of our sports schedule, the quick and easy communication tool is invaluable. Also, the ability to send to multiple people on the same account is super slick.
For smaller societies where administrators are part time or even volunteer, this platform takes all the manual labour away and enables members to experience a professional and real time subscription service. The website looks professional, organised and well set out. For someone used to coding and formatting their own website, this platform's web pages might be somewhat restrictive, but it is possible to continue with your own website and use White Fuse for the membership portal only
10 overall but the website is 8 because it isn't sometimes possible for me (a non programmer) to create new sections with complex formats. In this case I ask WF to take our content and format it etc for me.
I would have to say that for the most part, the only time we have had to use CS is when we needed to update the board members from year to year. Then we have a new administrator, or "owner" of the platform. We would then need to transfer the email from one person to another. Otherwise, even with billing, there have been no issues. It's flawless and well worth the cost.
Drivn.today is a horrible app/alternative to TeamSnap. Their app is super clumsy and not intuitive whatsoever. TeamSnap's website is nicely organized, and the app is simple and well organized. The app carries almost all the same features as the website, and it is a fully-functional alternative to the website. The alerts and notifications are super helpful.
Before I recommended that we adopt White Fuse I researched many other similar products and also spoke to users of those and of White Fuse. It is a while ago and I am afraid that I no longer have a note of which products I researched.
