TickTick vs. We360.ai

Very well suited: 1. Small organizations and businesses ( 50, I don't think Ticktick is the best tool for that... Ticktick is excellent for keeping oneself accountable and on point with one's task. There should be an inherent sense of ownership from the user because an app can only do so much. It is not well suited for big organizations with more than 50 people, where visibility of stats is required on an admin or higher level. Plus, collaboration will become a lot clunkier as the number of team members increases. Knowledge management will also be an issue.

During the pandemic, employees were working from home and we were having trouble assessing their performance and contribution that time. When we implimented We360.ai, this problem solved instantaneously. Employees also felt that their hardwork was being recognized and appreciated by their seniors.

• It has many Monitoring and productivity accessing features that are flawless for boosting the performance of the employees. One can have Top and bottom Users.
• On a Dashboard Present Day Attendance, Current and Previous Activity trend in a graphical format is available. In-App Usage Section you have the analysis of employee platform usage. Even with the latest snapshots.

• The task reminders are in the form of a notification - it would be nice to have an email option.
• All tasks due on the same day/time show up as one notification versus separate - this can be hard to separate as far as task planning goes.

• If We360.ai could incorporate a feature of Payroll, then it would be a great consolation to the employers. As the Dashboard already has leave management and Attendance system, it would be helpful if the payroll process is also included in the platform.
• It would be really wonderful if We360.ai had a feature that allows me to send text messages or custom notifications to an individual. That would make the tool a complete productivity enhancement, employee monitoring, and workplace collaboration tool.

So far it accomplishes everything I need it to without unnecessary complications. The only reason I can think that I wouldn't renew is if I was required to use something else.

I think if We360.ai also offered mobile app , that would be great and I would definitely renew. rather than that , everything is perfect.

It is super simple in its set up and easy to learn to use. Many other apps are overly complicated which TickTick is not. It always depende on what features you are looking for but I did not even need to explain anything to those who struggle with newer technology

Since some of my employees were working in international timings , We360.ai helped me implement it completely , they even had late shits and worked overtime but ultimately helped me get the product live in 2 days! Huge respect

TickTick has a better UI and UX compared to the other competitors, and the Quick Add feature from any window is a must for inbox task management!

We360.ai has enabled us to track and enhance the productivity of the workplace. We360.ai have a list of features that allowed us to drive operational and management task efficiently. With features like Activity logs, Application Usage one can track the ongoing activity of the employees. With the help of We360.ai, we are able to handle the Tasks and Projects efficiently. The Health 360 helped us to maintain a healthy and productive workplace. With its insights, we are able to allocate the task efficiently. Thus creating proper balance in the team.

• Effective tracking of my time and tasks; made me understand the value of my time.
• Had a streak of 62 days straight where I didn't miss a single planned task.
• It has become a repository of all the dead tasks, projects, and ideas I can pick up whenever possible.
