If you are large organization, have a lot of email records and/or send out texts very frequently throughout the month Trumpia may not be the most cost effective option. Alternatives Considered	TrueDialog Message media's support was non-existent. They are from Australia so you call long distance and there only seems to be 2-3 people working for the company now. We have been very happy with Trumpia therefore we have not had to explore any other providers.
