UXtweak will assist you in resolving any issue, large or little. You may test many components of the site using a wide range of tools. And, owing to its starting plan, it is accessible to anyone.

• Identifying an issue and quickly understanding what the financial impact is
• Seeing how users use and interact with your site, by device
• Reporting on custom events
• Quickly finding a session and replaying it, to watch it back.

• Card Sorting
• The customer support

• Having confidence in the reports/numbers it pulls
• No function to email out weekly/monthly reports.

I have also looked into getting UserZoom and UserTesting, but their cost is much higher, so I chose UXtweak as a more affordable alternative
