Vainu vs. VoilaNorbert

Vainu is the best software I have ever used for prospecting. It offers everything that we need for sale, prospecting and leads, and indeed really cost-effective. It's really a small investment when comparing what it can bring to your business. Vainu is not indispensable If you don't have an active selling team and continuous need for new prospects.

VoilaNorbert is great for sales people trying to find email addresses but we use it mainly in a PR capacity. It's best suited in our workflow if you know the site and the person you are reaching out to. In terms of scenarios where it is less appropriate, if you are looking to find related people or related sites to the one you are reaching out to, I haven't explored that functionality.

• You save time and find right prospects as fast as possible.
• It's also easy to sort prospects by industry, revenue, digital foot print... etc.

• Precise email address most of the time
• Easy to use
• Easy to track the usage

• Vainu has fixed all bugs we have reported. So no, can't really say what I dislike...

I've never had any issues personally, but I know that any of my other colleagues have had quick support after emailing.

Vainu contacted me 15 months ago. I had been looking for a good prospecting tool a long time before that. There wasn't any reason not to take the test! The introduction went well. We got guidance many times. Our new sales team members can still receive training from them if we want. They have been interested in our feedback.

It is more reliable than 80% of the other apps available in the market in terms of generating email address. Some tools like snov.io and others which were not available to on search bar are used for the same, but their result quality is very poor. Even the paid version of such tools are not reliable.
