Likelihood to Recommend Webroot, an OpenText company
We have found that it works well across many industries and platforms. I recommend that time be allocated for in-person training on an annual or semi-annual basis with staff to reinforce the lessons given online. Randomized followup tests scheduled monthly or quarterly are important to keep staff apprised of latest threat models and be looking for those who may need more intense personal training.

Webroot has always been very responsive and helpful with any questions. I can't recall ever having a negative support experience. We've never had to wait long to talk for a reason. Every person we have spoken to has been extremely knowledgeable and gotten us quick solutions and guidance.
