The software is outstanding but lacks proper customer service as if the user faces any issues the response time of the service team is very slow which can leave the user furious as the software is used for campaigns of digital marketing.

So choosing an out of box service that was more user friendly worked for us. I could see that in the future we could move to Adobe Campaign as our marketing department grows to support the schools comms needs.
