They take lots of time to reply but they get back to the users. The solutions provided by them are generic and useless sometimes.

Actually I use Adobe Campaign for as a marketing solutions for my friend's startup company he wants to make an add campaign so I help him and I want to try something different than Google Ad campaign so I searched and found Adobe Campaign it has drag and drop user interface which make it more user friendly initially I use it for creating surveys design ads and managing and creating various offers.

The business problem that Adobe provided a solution for us is the personalisation and customer journeys of such a diverse database which spanned across countries, languages and almost all other demographic datapoints. It allowed us to optimise a journey for our users to guide them through a journey of engagement, purchases and reactivation.

We have used Adobe Campaign to work on an event oriented to music and training, for which I have been in charge. Thanks to this app, I have been able to better track our potential clients, get to know them and get closer to them, without the need to filter out uninterested people throughout the process, something that has saved us a lot of time and resources in our Marketing campaigns.
I'm not completely happy with Adobe's support, but hey, when it works, it works especially well, although I would have complaints about the availability of operators and others. Despite this, all the inconveniences caused during the installation and use process were resolved by the support, something that is totally appreciated.

Send emails, send SMS, and report tracking analytics. Currently, only being used within the email department that send marketing emails and SMS messages on a daily basis. These emails go out to a wide number of people. Auto daily sending and manual send are implemented. Technical workflow to ensure it all works on the backend.

  • Logging actions are very robust.
  • No line numbers in the source editor and no word wrap in the source editor could improve syntax highlighting in the source editor.
  • Many many many many many windows. In some cases, too many windows open up in order to complete an action and items become buried.
  • Error messages are not detailed.
  • Sequence Ids keep running out. Deadlocking is an issue when running more than one campaign at once.
If your client has a LARGE number of recipients, setting up emails can take a long time. If you have more than one campaigns to send at once, you could run into deadlocks. Migrating between Test and Production environments is bulky and not intuitive. If you have a large number of recipients, you could run out of sequence IDs and that could potentially halt your send.

  • There are multiple ways to achieve the same results - so if one tool doesn't work, you aren't stuck and have other options of getting the same end result.
  • I wish it was more straightforward, I have trouble syncing it with my google drive and my Adobe Cloud.
  • I wish there was a better tutorial that really elaborates on all the unique tools so that users don't miss out on any major features - it's also hard to teach someone else the program, so this would be useful for new employees.
  • I wish they would bring back the one-time fee they used to over vs. the monthly subscription - especially when you need it outside of work or it's not available at your job.

Apart from Marketing teams, it is also being used by the Product team, Design team, and growth engineers who help with the above email campaigns and promotional offers. It's a very extensive tool to manage these campaigns and offers good analytics and insights for their optimization too.

It is well suited for any large organization to support their email/SMS/push notification campaigns. It's a very stable tool and can be integrated with your database. Also, if you use other products from Adobe Suite, this will be a very powerful add-on. But it's not well suited for a small startup or if you need extensive integrations of various channels, their analytics, etc.
Overall, the support has been fine. They have large teams so the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales support will be all different people. That can sometimes be a problem as you might not be able to have the same rapport with everyone. But yeah, apart from that, we didn't face any issues.

To give a boost to the internal and external marketing of companies it works very well. It helps a lot in the relationship with people and customers. It allows you to reach a large number of destinations very easily. Generates reports that maximize decision-making power over respective campaigns and products. The flows are better organized when using this resource.
Although there is a lot of material available on the internet to answer questions, I still feel a lack of commitment and delay in the responses of the support, but as a whole, it leaves nothing to be desired. I believe that, in the great majority, companies sin in the desired support, but we cannot generalize. But this one, in particular, has a wide range of specialists and well-qualified management, but I believe that it is not so bad.

I used the platform a lot in the past year and the ease to use makes it perfect for a vast audience and needs. The fact that it gives you the possibility of so many tools integrated in one, well organised platform, it’s ideal.

It would be perfect to organise a mass market campaign, but totally wrong for managing single interactions with the customers. Still, one of the good thing is the possibility to customise the platform to your needs, even if in the last versions became basically not possible (for what I know).
Yes, you can interact with Adobe, also it depends a lot in your level of partnership with them in which kind of support you can expect. But in general the platform have a huge userbase which makes the life easier, but unfortunately when you have for instance to prepare for a certification there is no real preparation except yours, yes, you could follow their courses, but they are too much time consuming and the concept of hours listening to someone explaining you step by step what to do it’s a little outdated.

The Client Console has infinite functionality and with that comes a bit of a learning curve but there is training and documentation provided from Adobe that can assist with any questions you may have.

On a frequent basis I have to send customized mails, SMS and other promotional offers to various accounts. This has been simplified with the use of Adobe Campaign which is a very good tool for marketing to send emails and other promotional material to multiple users.

It is very well suited for entire lifecycle of customer starting from gaining customer behaviour to convert then into customer and after purchase communicating with them regarding future launches or any other promotional activities. It helps in providing a 360-degree view of the customer starting from the prospect phase to the customer phase. It helps in providing relevant information to customers rather than providing irrelevant ones.
Support is excellent throughout the product lifecycle. We get regular updates and any issue can be addressed via sending mail or calling a toll-free customer support number which is available 24*7 days. While implementing the team was very helpful. They taught us how to operate the software and maintain it.

We use Adobe Campaign across the Digital Marketing team, with Paid Search, Email Marketing, SEO, and Social Media. Campaign helps the teams to communicate effectively and coordinate aspects of campaigns like ad copy, emails, and keywords to focus on. Campaign also provides features that integrate with AEM personalization, which allows us to tailor the message for the specific customer we are targeting.

Adobe Campaign excels in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns that utilize 3 or more channels. It can be used for singular channel campaigns, but that's not where its full abilities lie. In addition, organizations that use campaign would benefit from using other Adobe products, as it integrates best with them.
Support is heavily dependent on the contract you have with Adobe. At the most basic level, Adobe provides online learning and tutorials that any organization is able to use. These self-service modules are very helpful, and can help answer more 'platform 101' type questions. On the other end of the spectrum is Adobe managed services, which is essentially more dedicated and deeper support.

Adobe Campaign is one of the most stable and cost-effective services when working with online marketing oriented operations, so that sending newsletters to your company's subscribers takes much less time than it would take regularly, with highly scalable segmentation tools, and with many campaign design tools.
  • If we already have a list of subscribers to whom we want to send private newsletters about certain updates in our products and services, it is very easy to import them into the platform through text document formats, or directly from cloud platforms that have allowed us to save their information
  • It integrates very well with platforms oriented to the development of help desk operations, as in the case of Zendesk, where we store all the information of the customers that communicate with us to improve their user experience through technical assistance, and to have a better feedback with them.
  • Adobe Campaign allows us to create our own forms that can be added to the company's page, so that depending on the type of potential customer that is accessing them, we can show personalized information that is of interest to them as customers, and thus ensure more business.
  • Adobe Campaign does not have a high enough sales intelligence to let us know which landing page format would be the most optimal for the proper development of our mass marketing operations, which in the long run would also help with customer collection.
  • Does not directly track the number of people who enter our website, beyond sending them automated messages depending on whether they entered a certain section of the site. This problem is important, because it does not allow us to get complete tracking results in that area.

If you are going to work with entirely personalized campaigns Adobe Campaign offers many different modalities, which is excellent depending on the type of customer or target we are trying to reach, and thus ensure better results for the development of our marketing. Depending on whether it is a website with constant activity or not, the marketing operations we execute are varied, so we can work on the basis of different marketing goals based on our current traffic level, so that the targeting functions are more accurate.
There is a good evaluation from our side towards the support experience we have obtained from Adobe Campaign, which presents a highly skilled support team in most of the marketing development functions within the platform, or at least enough to provide extensive solutions.

Adobe Campaign is used by the 4 business units of the Global enterprise I worked for. It is the official marketing automation tool across the business used to send out email and SMS communications to its prospects, customers and stakeholders. It is also used as the platform backend for online website forms. The business problem it solves is that when it was rolled-out, the company's direction was to unify the 4 business units into a single marketing automation platform. The goal was to have a unified view of the prospect or customer so it will be easy for us to acquire net new business leads, and convert those leads into a closed/won sale. For existing customers, the goal was more efficient cross-sell and upsell.

Adobe Campaign is well suited for:
1.) Sending email marketing communications to big email lists (over a million records).
2.) Businesses with short sales cycle - 3 months or less. Businesses that are fast moving and transactional in nature. Examples of companies which may benefit from this platform are financial services, consumer businesses; pure eCommerce websites with direct online sales of fast moving goods and repeat buys.
3.) If you would like to activate email, SMS, direct mail campaign as well as social media like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn in one marketing automation platform.
4.) If you have a specialist Adobe Campaign developer/technical resource as an average/ non-technical marketing manager, [they] may struggle to maximise all its features as some programming is needed for data related activities; setting up API connections and building of templatised automated workflow journeys.

Less appropriate:
1.) Longer B2B sales cycle - if it takes more than 6-18 months for a lead to convert into a sale as its lead nurture capabilities where you build content tracks and streams are harder to setup
2.) If you'd like to track your prospect or customer behaviour through cookies on your website. It's not straightforward to setup.
3.) If you like to keep changing your email templates (as the AC email is sometimes not easily rendered on Microsoft Outlook and other email platforms)
I wished they have standard technical support based in Sydney, Australia and they made it easy for us to access that support.

A lot of the complex technical support questions have to be coursed through Adobe consultants, who charge a premium. And sometimes the answers to some technical questions are not very straightforward. In the end, we contracted a local Adobe Campaign technical partner.

It help[s] teams to leverage customer to run transactional email and use multiple communication channels like email, SMS, etc. It also helps to run welcome email campaigns for multiple brands and to run promotional campaign[s] [...] occasionally.

Could be less appropriate for [the] small organization as the onboarding of [the] Adobe Campaign tool is [quite] expensive.

Their vast knowledge on [the] tool help[s] teams [...] rectify any issue within [the] given time and achieve the customer/client timeline and run the [campaign] on-time [e]specially for any issue with occasional email campaigns.

It is an application that is perfect to have a marketing [tool], [that] [controls] and [manages] advertising campaigns to generate redirects in our favor. It has helped us to make important decisions before any new market scenario or opportunity. It is a little difficult to use completely at the beginning, but it is very effective in its functions.
  • What we like most about this application is that it provides us with the creation of ads to generate presence and impact on different channels at minimum cost.
  • It has a section where [it] [helps] us determine our preferences in terms of marketing by private messaging and offer a report of actions.
  • It also provides analysis with percentages to determine how many customers actually received our e-mail advertising.
  • We have had problems with the usability of their platform. When we communicate with the integrated technical support via e-mail, it takes hours to respond.
  • On the other hand, the application does not allow us to multitask, your platform becomes very slow.
  • Also, it is a bit complicated to adapt to using the application completely.
We recommend Adobe Campaign as it is suitable for advertising and marketing our product, or service to get more demand and customers. It is an excellent alternative to analyze those customers and perform actions that make them feel that we are perfect to fulfill their needs.
The customer service is quite fast. [Since] we have been using Adobe Campaign, we have only had a couple of errors when we tried to set it up for the first time and in no more than 24 hours, they were able to solve it remotely and efficiently.
