ADP Mobile Solutions is used to track our paystubs, time and attendance, and its use as a general hub for employees to access their PTO and time off. It's a great app especially since its on mobile devices employees can see their paystubs and PTO time without being on their work computers

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Mobile Solutions is being used by my organization for its employees to view their payslips. The breakdown within those payslips by tax, other deductions and which accounts the money is deposited to this application is also used to share tax documents like W-2. the application also provides comparisons between one pay period and other pay periods.

Pros

Mobile application is very fast.
Authentication is secure.
User interface is intuitive.

Cons

Better tools to recover password and credentials.
There is some scope for better user analytics.
There can be an additional features to download data in CSV or Excel.

ADP Mobile Solutions is well suited for employees that are dispersed in multiple cities, and countries. Accessing payslips and other documents on mobile phone is much more convenient for increasing number of employees. The tools and features available in the mobile interface that is based on the payslip data also helps users self-serve some of the questions that they may have about their payroll and payslips without having to reach out to their HR points of contact.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a user of ADP Mobile Solutions, I find value in the ability to access my pay statements and W2 documents from my mobile device. I often need to consult these documents for tax purposes, and also for proof-of-address such as trips to the DMV. Being able to access this information via a simple mobile interface is especially helpful when on-the-go.

Being able to check payroll and HR documents from remote locations is especially important in today's pandemic environment. I've often found myself with the need to show documentation of address, employment, and health benefits, without having access to my work computer. This mobile app has saved me a lot of time and frustration.

We use ADP Mobile Solutions across the whole organization. It's great for quick access to ADP for our managers for timekeeping/PTO approvals, PTO requests by our team members, quick news updates, access to their benefits, and pay information.

ADP Mobile Solutions is used across our entire organization so that employees have access to timesheets and pay statements at their fingertips. The mobile timekeeping aspect is also invaluable to our employees who do not work in a fixed office location. Our managers also use this solution to review their employees' time and manage schedules.

ADP Mobile Solutions is well suited for employees to access their pay statements and timecards at any time. Our industry has a lot of employees who work in the field, away from a traditional office with internet and computer access, so the ability to clock in and out, review their timesheets, and access their pay statements via mobile app is invaluable. Even our non-field employees use the solution and seem to prefer it to checking their information on a computer. The mobile app does have its limitations and isn't really meant for practitioners to use on-the-go as you cannot make certain changes to employee profiles via the app.

We use ADP Mobile Solutions for employees to check their pay statements, tax statements, update their addresses, their direct deposit and tax withholdings. Also we use the system for time entries for any time off requests, as for managers they can use it to approve time off requests sent by their employees.

You can use it to download pay statements and tax statements in your palm. When you need to access those information right away, like you are in a car dealership or bank for applying for a mortgage, you can download them and electronically send them right away as you process your paperwork.

We used this software as our shift, time tracking software, as well as the payroll software for our company. It was a costly software that had great security and privacy features with a professional setup, but it wasn't worth the price for our little company. I recommend this software for larger corporations.

Easy Clock in / Clock Out feature button.

Cons

The option to not reset the password monthly would be nice.
Finding W2's is a little tricky.

ADP Mobile Solutions is not a great solution for smaller companies as the cost per employee is hard to overcome. At a greater scale it makes more sense to use it.

Also it's nice because they can request time off via the app instead of sending an email to their managers or payroll department and they don't have to be at work to access this information.

It's also nice to see your benefits that you elected and be able to do open enrollment for benefits via the app. They can see their paystubs and their W2's and your able to print or email those documents to yourself.

We've implemented ADP Mobile Solutions over a month ago. I have to say, its simplicity is what I love the most. There is not a lot of fluff or irrelevant information. It reminds me of Google when it first came out. We didn't receive any training for it but honestly, it was not needed. Finally, a payroll solution app that I don't get lost in.

Pros

I love the basic login functionality. Other apps make you type in your username, password and then some additional information like what is your first pets name. For this - once I pull up the App my username is already there and I just need to add in my password. It only saves a few minutes but sometimes that is the difference between signing in and doing it on a desktop later.
I also love the basic text. For other mobile apps the verbiage they use was their own. I'm not sure if they were trying to be fancy but ADP uses basic terms for the information it shows. To me it made my first few uses of it super simple.
Reporting is really good. It shows graphs for how I was paid and if I click on a graph it gives more detail. Just really smooth. It makes you feel like they really paid attention to the user experience and didn't over complicate things.

Cons

I haven't seen any negatives. Since its been so easy to use I do login a lot and do look at more information than I usually would in my payroll app and so far nothing has been a negative.

Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity. Most people when they get paid want to see some basic information. It sounds simple but most other mobile apps have over complicated things. ADP hasn't. I don't have to worry about annoying login or difficult to find information.
