Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ADP Mobile Solutions across the whole organization. It's great for quick access to ADP for our managers for timekeeping/PTO approvals, PTO requests by our team members, quick news updates, access to their benefits, and pay information.

Our team members love when things are made easier for them, and the app does that.
The app seems to push the Wisely card, which we have chosen to not use and can't turn off.
Not very helpful for our team members who aren't paid through ADP.

Our managers love to use it over the weekend to complete incoming PTO requests and schedule changes for their teams. Our team members dislike the "spammy" notifications going off if an update is made to the What's New section. However, our team members do appreciate the ability to check their pay stubs and benefits quickly, request PTO, and schedule changes.
