As I am a part of presales, I consult other companies to use AlertOps in order to manage IT incidents and save times. In fact , my company uses the same software to manage and resolve the IT incidents win call scheduling, excalations etc. with all the other features that it has to offer.
  • Manage and Resolve IT incidents
  • Schedules call and escalation to professionals with respect to incidents
  • Save times by recognizing and resolving the issues
  • Notifications alert can be a little late at times
  • User Interface can be quite confusing to new users
  • Some alerts are generated unnecessarily.
AlertOps is best suited for service delivery companies, as it tracks the whole process and create alerts if any ambiguity is there giving the time to respected personnel to resolve and manage the same issue to ensure the smooth processing. It even escalate alerts to different teams creating s consistent coordination between teams and saves a lot of time.

AlertOps also offers free trail version which allows the users to take the demo and have a better understanding of the product which is not available in most of the other products available out there.

AlertOps helps you get intelligent alerts from different Servers. It helps to better manage our Hardware, Software and our Services. It is a real time, intelligent incident management Solution. It has a lot of integrations available especially with Phone. It helps us to quickly analyse an issue, react, communicate and resolve the same. It has a real time Dashboard with incident prioritization, Audit Trail, Incident Reporting and Ticket Management. This along with Notifications.

  • Helps collaborate across the Whole Organization.
  • Unnecessary alerts sent to Engineers. Probably need to update settings to avoid this.

  • Bit complicated to configure initially. Need to speak to Customer Care.
Overall the AlertOps has been a great software for the company . The software constantly works in the background and keeps the team updated on any issues in advance. It helps us with the entire Incident Management of Tickets that includes Incident Prioritization. It helps in Audit Trail, Incident Reporting and Task Management as well. It helps in monitoring of Tickets real time. I think any company that wants it's services to be monitored, managed properly would like to have this software.
