ApexChat gives customers an easy-to-use option to ask basic questions and submit their service requests during location hours of operation and beyond, including nights and weekends.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ApexChat is being used by our organization under a white label agreement to be a chat service provider for our own clients. This allows our clients' websites to convert at a higher rate by providing a real human rep to answer quick questions for visitors.

Pros

Great chat box designs on website.
Great backend support.
Multi-language options.

Cons

Backend portal is antiquated.
Little control over how reps represent your company.

Likelihood to Recommend

ApexChat is a great tool if you want to outsource a website chat functionality. Reps generally do a good job of answering questions, though I've seen instances where they stick too closely to the script and basically ignore what the visitor is actually asking. You can work with Apex on fine-tuning the interactions, but there's never a guarantee that it'll always go the way you want it to.
