Automational is Customer Relationship Management software that caters specifically to small businesses. The system offers marketing automation, email marketing, web visitor tracking, opportunity tracking and prospect scoring, and more. The email marketing application contains a drag and drop editor and users can monitor the performance of email campaigns with built-in email statistics.

With the Automation Builder users can select from pre-made templates and create “drip marketing,” or nurture campaigns, sales engagement campaigns, customer onboarding and retention campaigns, and more. Automational offers a social discovery application that can pinpoint a contact’s social identity using just an email address. With the web intelligence feature a user can track when a person visits a site and can tell which organization they are browsing from.

The software integrates with Gmail and Outlook, or Office 365, and offers mobile apps so it can be accessed from mobile devices.
