AVI-SPL is our primary contactor for conference room AV equipment, installation, and on site support. I have worked with them in all aspects of conference room technology to include: design, planning, testing, scheduling, installation, troubleshooting, and renovation.

Communication: they are prompt and efficient at answering client questions and rectifying concerns
Expertise: most issues are solved quickly and with minimal downtime
Avi Spl support is excellent and projects are completed on time and within the scope of work. In cases of equipment delays or rapidly changing work environments they are prompt and professional in their communication.

Cons

The only issues I have had were during covid supply chain issues, which is not the fault of AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL set up and maintained NBT’s video conferencing systems in several conference and training rooms. They provided updates and repair services, as well as ongoing Cisco renewals for NBT.

We have worked with AVI-SPL over a period of about 6 years to assist us with various audio-visual projects to design and implement meeting spaces for our organization. This also included a few different temporary meeting rooms and spaces during the COVID19 pandemic years when remote meetings were required.
