Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used AVI-SPL primarily to outfit our new headquarters building complex with AV solutions. These included all-in-one video conferencing solutions from Neat, as well as a wide array of wall mounted screens and video over ethernet solutions. As our complex expands, we will come back to AVI-SPL for our audio and video needs.

I sell to the US Air Force and many times we have quick turn around. I can count on AVI-SPL to provide pricing in a timely manner. Their quick service doesn't stop in the quoting phase, they are always very responsive when it comes to providing tracking information.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use AVI-SPL as our AV solution. We have table mics, lavalier mics, handheld mics as well as ceiling mics. These experience the most issues. AVI-SPL also has created the system that connects to our conferencing/display system. A myriad of cameras and computers and methods of connection to the displays in three separate classrooms. We are also able to connect the audio to the lobby throughout the Center. These products amplify voices to be heard over the background noise of the HVAC system. They also connect us to conferencing services like Zoom and allow us to record events and meetings. They also allow guests to connect their laptops for ease of display usage, or use a pre-connected computer.

  • AVI-SPL is very responsive in times of last minute interruptions of service.
  • AVI-SPL technicians are highly knowledgable and creative problem solvers.
  • AVI-SPL Customer service teams are extremely responsive and able to schedule service calls in a flexible manner.

Cons

  • AVI-SPL could serve to be more clear when a solution to someone's problem exists in some kind of product or service they offer. Sometimes it's like pulling teeth to figure out that a solution that seems too convenient to not be thought of before actually already exists somewhere.
  • AVI-SPL could make information a bit more consistent from technician to technician regarding each site specifically.
