This is the perfect solution for a quick implementation of archivation. You configure it once and it keeps on going. Users do not need to interact to archive, only to find things back.
It is used all over the whole organization. We tried to solve many problems with it. The first problem was to reduce mailbox size in Outlook, which we managed with the outlook add-in and stubbing. Second thing was reducing power on the mail servers. We did this by reducing the database sizes after implementing Barracuda. Last and most important thing is that we can store easily our mails for 10 years and more, what the government wants from us.
Pros
Archiving with journaling.
Search with WebClient.
Search with Add-In.
Stubbing.
Cons
In Archiving there should be a "Header only" download for users with offline stores.
Single sign-on in WebClient.
Single sign-on in Outlook Add-In.
More performance to the boxes.

For every company which is too big for MailStore. MailStore is much cheaper and easier...so mostly enough for 5 to 20 people companies. But for all bigger companies with 200 plus users it is the right solution. Please be sure, that it is not easy to get it running. But when it runs, it is mostly stable.
