BrightHR gives our staff instant access to personal information negating the need to contact HR each time. We use it to book holidays, monitor absences, timekeeping etc.

We also use Bright Payroll so the system is fully integrated, transferring information across for payment which reduces the amount of manual intervention.

We use BrightHR for our payroll function, but also use Blip to record our employee hours and integrate automatically between the 2. Leyla S. has been integral in ensuring a smooth transition from our previous software to Bright.

BrightHR has brought us into the modern age by ensuring all our contracts and handbook are securely and electronically stored. Previously we relied on paper files and wasted time hunting through documents. How everything is simply stored and fully visible for the employees and managers. The online training modules have also allowed us to ensure our team are appropriately trained for their role.
