What we thought

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

BrightHR has allowed us to stream line throughout the organisation, we have now got personal information uploaded and available at the touch of a button. It allows staff members to be independent and accountable for booking there own holidays and leave dates, rather than filling out a paper form, it also helps with looking through holiday dates when needed and keeping totals correct.

  • The reports are useful

While we previously used BrightHR many years ago we have returned due to how well the system works for us. It is easy to navigate, manage and make amendments.

It gives you the same options as all other "higher end" HR systems for a fair price and great support.

  • Time saved - We are not on the phone with customer service trying to sort out how the system works.
  • 20% less in monthly cost compared to other system we used.

Helps Bridge the gap in businesses without dedicated HR

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In a small business that requires HR Support and Services but can't afford a dedicated HR Person, the tools and services BrightHR have given us have really helped us bridge the gap.

Tasks like recording Holidays, Annual Leave, Expenses, Overtime etc. are much easier now and as a result much more accurate.

Pros

  • Easy to record absences and work out Annual Leave entitlement
  • Easy to complete Return To Work interviews
  • Easy to manage Expenses

Cons

  • Sales process was inaccurate and felt pushy
  • Long Term contract only given until pushed
  • Notifications aren't linked back to actions (e.g. you get a notification, click it and go to home page and not able to action notifications like overtime requests)

Life is so much easier with this and once it’s all set up you have everything you need with employee hand books and contracts. A foolproof way if keeping your business safe from the pitfalls of employment law changes
