Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We had no HRIS, so this supported that, not only for securely storing data but also for effective reporting, which helps us make people's decisions. Additionally, there are other modules we have taken advantage of like the recruitment module which addressed the fact all of our recruitment was on spreadsheets and took away a lot of the manual tasks.

  • The onboarding module and candidate experience could be much improved.
  • The user interface, whilst improved, could be more modern.

This is suited for organizations that are struggling with the HR admin and need something robust that will not need to be changed as you grow your headcount and when you are at a time when you need to introduce automated processes.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

HR recruitment, talent mgmt, performance payroll. 4 different BU's five people in accounting and human resources used this daily. Then about a dozen hiring managers used it after it was rolled out to see their employees' info.

  • Review resumes and sharing with others.
  • Payroll compliance.
  • Support - no huge call center. dedicated rep.

Cons

  • Reporting - add more standard reports so I don't have to create them.
  • Communicating w/ in the module with team mates.

Likelihood to Recommend

Easy to use for payroll admin. Good support for help. especially during covid with all those federal and state sick leave laws. Better talking to other software such as a time and attendance one would be useful. Like having a dedicated rep for our company no matter what the issue is and the backup team for that one person. The reason we left ADP- the call center was that they closed tickets before they were fixed; even if I was on holiday, I did not answer within 48 hours, so they stopped working on the issue.

Cezanne HR is effective payroll management and transactions tracking software for effective business and also project development. To manage direct deposits through Cezanne HR is excellent and more efficient and even on multiple project workflow management and easy on project documentation. Data transfer and data analytics creation on Cezanne HR is effective and very easy.

  • Just getting started when new user.
  • Ability to track many different payroll data can be very slow.
  • To create big data analytics for the beginner is very turf.

Cezanne HR features were easy to set and configure the interface security and through Cezanne HR is more easy and quick on multiple financial data transferring across other HR and also Payroll management platforms. To create reports on various business operations and its salary revisions capability is unique and excellent.
