Overall Satisfaction with Cezanne HR

We had no HRIS, so this supported that, not only for securely storing data but also for effective reporting, which helps us make people's decisions. Additionally, there are other modules we have taken advantage of like the recruitment module which addressed the fact all of our recruitment was on spreadsheets and took away a lot of the manual tasks.

  • The user interface, whilst improved, could be more modern.
  • Supported our headcount increase by 100 and did not need to amend the system or our processes.
  • Ensured our compliance with auditors for BSI.
  • Helped reduce turnover by over 10% due to reporting and the data we have.
  • Helped maintain our HR FTE by streamlining processes.
Some things are complicated to understand, such as the process around them or why things cannot be done. That said, support is always helpful and tries to think of solutions.
Cezanne's price point was cost-effective for our needs. It is a UK-based support time that others did not have, and the reviews were much better than others evaluated.

Evaluating Cezanne HR and Competitors

It was our first system, so price was a factor and the return on investment it would bring.
More in depth evaluation of the Recruitment element - whilst this is being addressed through a change in system that Cezanne is implementing, this element did not meet our needs when we believed it would.

Cezanne HR Implementation

The team were great particularly Wanessa. They knew the system inside and out and always found work arounds to meet our needs. Whilst implementation felt slower than I would want, our expectations were on the whole met.
Yes - Different modules. It felt complicated but all came together.
Change management was minimal - The volume of work required was more than expected due to not having a system already in place. This resulted in a lot more manual work for us to be able to get some historic data into the system.

Cezanne HR Training

It is never the same than in person, but the training was also the implementation so it made sense as it was broken up. It made it more cost effective.

Configuring Cezanne HR

It is probably about right, yes there is more I would love to configure and change but they always listen to feedback and often implement it.
If unsure, ask support they will always help and think of solutions if there are any.

Use the ideas forum too.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - To make it more us and it was easy to do.
No - we have not done any custom code

Cezanne HR Support

The support is great. They are efficient and resolve issues relatively quickly. The support opening times support our HR opening times. What would make it better is a live chat function for support or the ability to phone. Sometimes explaining an issue and going back and forth over email takes longer than a quick phone call or live chat.

Is premium support a thing? If so, I am unaware of it.
I would not say exceptional, but the general support is good, yes it can be better, but we see very few problems off the back of it. The team want things to work for us and they always think of work arounds if there are any.

Yes - Nothing to report here, the upgrades take place on the weekend and I cannot recall there being an issue post upgrade.
