What is Cezanne HR?

Cezanne HR presents a modular solution to employee lifecycle management. It supports recruiting (via its integration with In-recruiting), onboarding, and employee performance management. This software also includes a succession planning module, which helps HR professionals plan for the future. Cezanne HR’s mission is to support mid-size companies with easy to implement, modular HR solutions delivered from the cloud.

Core Capabilities

Cezanne HR’s central capabilities aim to streamline every aspect of core HR with automatic notifications, time-saving workflows, document management, HR portals, and secure self-service. It also offers workforce management features, with modules for time tracking and absence management.

Its core HR database provides a repository for:


  • Employee Profiles - Up-to-date employee profiles including contact information, next of kin, career history, and personal profiles.

  • Salary & Bonuses - Records of all aspects of compensation from base pay to bonuses, in any currency.

  • Legal Identifiers - For compliance, retain digital copies of important documents, such as visas or passports, with reminders of renewal dates.

  • Training & Development - Record skills and qualifications, create development plans, track training activities and outcomes, and help grow talent.

  • Company Assets - Keep track of company assets from laptops and mobile phones to company cars, and assure they are properly recorded.

  • Employee Events - Retain a complete history of important events, from promotions and pay reviews to health and safety or grievance and disciplinary events.


Cezanne HR supplies employee self-service, so they can access needed information and keep records up-to-date. Important changes to personnel records, such as new bank details or home address, can be routed through approval cycles for easy validation.


Document management features such as digital payslips, online forms, and integrated document management make filling out paperwork simple. Important documents can be shared via HR portals and stored in one location.


Cezanne HR’s core people module also includes a training and communications hub. Media and important information can be shared and accessed, with news feeds, video, and communication capabilities. Its dashboard can be customized with company branding or personalized experiences.


Support Details

This software is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and available with a subscription. Updates are supported with release notes, monitored, and secured by AWS. Company HR databases are backed up regularly.


Cezanne HR supports implementation with a one-day training course for usage of the core people module, as well as training sessions for additional modules. These are typically deployed online, though Cezanne HR does offer on-site training at their offices in London.

HR recruitment, talent mgmt, performance payroll. 4 different BU's five people in accounting and human resources used this daily. Then about a dozen hiring managers used it after it was rolled out to see their employees' info.
  • Review resumes and sharing with others.
  • Payroll compliance.
  • Support - no huge call center. dedicated rep.
  • Reporting - add more standard reports so I don't have to create them.
  • Communicating w/ in the module with team mates.
Easy to use for payroll admin. Good support for help. especially during covid with all those federal and state sick leave laws. Better talking to other software such as a time and attendance one would be useful. Like having a dedicated rep for our company no matter what the issue is and the backup team for that one person. The reason we left ADP- the call center was that they closed tickets before they were fixed; even if I was on holiday, I did not answer within 48 hours, so they stopped working on the issue.

  • Fewer people preparing reports that an individual was doing before the dashboard s0 saving one full day per week of reporting.
Better for smaller companies. Don't get too big, or you will lose your value. It's a niche market here and the more products you can use, the better; its payroll integrates with on boarding, talent acquisition, staffing, succession planning, and performance management. I don't like the idea of having four different Software companies for something one can do. No manager likes all these different platforms.

Cezanne HR is effective payroll management and transactions tracking software for effective business and also project development. To manage direct deposits through Cezanne HR is excellent and more efficient and even on multiple project workflow management and easy on project documentation. Data transfer and data analytics creation on Cezanne HR is effective and very easy.

Cezanne HR features were easy to set and configure the interface security and through Cezanne HR is more easy and quick on multiple financial data transferring across other HR and also Payroll management platforms. To create reports on various business operations and its salary revisions capability is unique and excellent.
