What is Cinch?

Cinch is a web-based marketing enablement solution that automates customer outreach, advertising, and data collection by bringing online marketing tools to offline businesses. Core functionalities include customer data analytics and segmentation, communication workflow building, email automation with support for the creation of reusable email templates to be used in multiple campaigns, predictive analytics, direct mail automation, and more.

Cinch integrates with a variety of third-party solutions, including CRMs, Point of Sale, eCommerce, and Loyalty Program applications, for data collection and analytics to help identify buyer interest in specific products and services which, in turn, improves lead targeting and lead quality. Moreover, predictive data analytics help identify which customers are likely to return on their own and which need promotions or discounts to nudge them to come back.
