Fantastic Tool if used Properly
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I used ClearSlide in my org for presentations and to do mail tracking for anything that was sent to prospects or current clients. ClearSlide allowed for easy tracking and to see the effectiveness of collateral that was being sent, as well as how well emails were drafted and read by the intended audience.
Pros
- Email Tracking - Knowing how many times an email is opened with attachements
- Screen Share presentations
- accountability of knowing who is using the product and how many emails they are sending out and the effectiveness of those emails.
Cons
- Cannot tell who opens attachments, only geographic location
- Screen Share can be laggy at times, so not preferred by people joining
Likelihood to Recommend
I think it is well suited for SDR roles and sales roles in which you want to know appropriate times to follow up with a prospect and account. When you see your emails getting a lot of opens and forwards, it is usually a signal to go.
I'd say it is not appropriate for intensive screenshares.
