Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Cleo Integration Cloud as our communication/Connection method to get files from our customers. At thesame time as the transformation of those messages to our back end system and vice versa from our back end system to the customers. The professional team is great to work with and understand what we need and give suggestions. The Support team are responsive and is able to point you in the right direction whether to support manual or answer your question. They are also able to show you what is causing the error and how to fix it.

- Ability to re-process outbound files in Cleo Integration Cloud instead of reloading the files from outside source
Likelihood to Recommend
We have moved to a new ERP system and with Cleo Integration Cloud - we are able to process the files we are getting from customers that we can upload to our ERP System and vice-versa.
We have information at our fingertips to check on.
Sometimes the issues are not really straight forward and need to dig deeper as the email notification is great but not have a lot of information unless you go to Cleo Integration Cloud to dig more deeper.
