We use CloudContactAI to facilitate communication within our organization. We mainly use it for SMS, but as the holidays are approaching, we intend to begin using the email features. SMS helps us reach our customers for important business announcements. For example, we recently closed down our physical location until the pandemic settles down a bit. Leveraging CloudContactAI, we were able to inform our customers that we would continue business but only online.
CloudContactAI is a great platform for communicating with customers and sending them deals. Through CloudContactAI we inform customers about good deals, business updates, and to schedule meetings in bulk. We don't have multiple physical locations, but the clients functionality is a great feature that enables users to create different sub accounts to manage multiple store locations, departments, or clients.

CloudContactAI has offered their total support throughout the entire process. They helped me onboard and establish my organization. Whenever I've had a fast, simple question, I was able to consult their documentation page or chatbot on their website to find the support I needed within just a couple of minutes.
