Overall Satisfaction with CloudContactAI
We use CloudContactAI to facilitate communication within our organization. We mainly use it for SMS, but as the holidays are approaching, we intend to begin using the email features. SMS helps us reach our customers for important business announcements. For example, we recently closed down our physical location until the pandemic settles down a bit. Leveraging CloudContactAI, we were able to inform our customers that we would continue business but only online.

CloudContactAI provides SMS, email, and voice all on one platform so that you don't have to switch between accounts. These other software solutions offer all of these features but on separate accounts. Without CloudContactAI, I would have to use SimpleTexting, SendGrid, and Google Hangouts to leverage the same functionality that CloudContactAI offers on its one platform.
