What is CSP Control Center?

CSP Control Center (C3) is an automation tool designed to support Direct CSP partners and Distributors in selling, provisioning, billing, and managing Microsoft cloud services via the CSP Program. With a multi-model platform that caters for distributors, resellers, Microsoft direct partners and end customers, C3 offers an intuitive user interface with built-in marketplace capabilities enabled for end customers.

As a highly customizable solution that allows users to define custom pricing structures including mark-ups as well as sell non-Microsoft products and value-added services while creating bundles or discount coupons. C3 also enables organizations to automate subscription management- from quote to billing - eliminating manual errors.

Users can manage Azure plans alongside usage based subscriptions with custom markups while enjoying comprehensive Azure billing features like estimates before the end of the billing cycle based on resource group and other entities. C3 streamlines price management, provisioning of Office 365 and Azure services while automating invoicing across multiple sites/ departments through accounting software integrations with QuickBooks or Xero among others. The software integrates with multiple payment gateways such as Stripe, EziDebit Pay etc., providing extensive reporting/business analytics functionality, making it easier for Microsoft CSPs' teams to provide exceptional service experience by avoiding missed changes to subscriptions/customer usage being tracked and updated regularly via bi-directional sync between Partner Centre/C3 technology solutions.
