Cons

Changing principals in company operations is extremely difficult. I still have not removed a retired principal.
Better explanations for why updates to company information have failed. I generally get a generic message that is not useful.
The documentation process is very difficult. It generally takes D&B over two weeks to review submissions.

My delinquency score has improved from 94 to 99.
My failure score has improved from 82 to 96.
Vendors are able to get more credit information about my organization.

I have been in business for 4 years, had a D&B number, but never really knew what it was for or how best to utilize it. That is, not until I was denied for a loan due to not having a D&B score. I have been using D&B Credit Insights for about 2 weeks now and have already seen my score increase! The welcome call from D&B also gave me a lot of insight on how to make my profile strong and make all of things that I already do, actually count and work for me. Being a very small business owner, there is such a great advantage to having a strong financial profile. Now not only will I be able to obtain a loan for new equipment, but I'll have the security of a safety net, knowing that I can obtain credit if I need it. Thank you D&B!

We didn't have much business credit history even though we have been in business or 3 years. We didn't really know where to start and D&B Credit Insights helped! We signed up and started submitting credit history and immediately started seeing our scores go up. I am certain that as we continue adding credit history our scores will continue to increase.
