TruBot RPA tool is the powerful and user friendly bot platform that allows us to boost productivity and maximize efficiency at higher scales. It automates a variety of tasks, both simple and sophisticated. The best element of this is that it can recognize and replicate human actions using Artificial Intelligence, resulting in a smarter bot that can make better judgments and accomplish all of the jobs on its own while being secure. When the bot performs a task, it keeps track of it in a log. This aids in determining what went correct or incorrect.

Activities to integrate with almost all applications

Cons

Datamatics community needs to be established for quicker resolution
Bulk excel activity to handle almost all types of spreadsheet format

We are partners of Datamatics and have gone through the demo and webinars. We currently use and pitch to our customers. Datamatics RPA TruBot helps to automate repetitive processes within organizations that are time consuming, rule based and don't need human intelligence. Datamatics RPA TruBot comes with a data capture solution (IDP) and artificial intelligence. Datamatics RPA TruBot claims to automate tasks up to 99% and saves cost, time, and adds value to the organization.

Pros

Datamatics RPA TruBot's intelligent component helps business owners to make smart decisions. It is integrated with cognitive capabilities and application programming interface.
Datamatics RPA TruBot automates a high volume of rule-based tasks in a short span of time and accuracy, which allows employees to perform high value tasks.
Datamatics RPA TruBot gives analytics, which help in timely reporting, which leads to streamlining the processes.

Cons

In auto split, the document format keeps getting changed to .tiff for .pdf documents after split and OCR is not getting done on these documents.
The documents sent to splitter are not available in split merge stage.
Scheduler export is not working as expected.

Likelihood to Recommend

Scenarios where it is suited: large organizations where they deal with a huge volume of data, where the data is unstructured, and where an AI element is required. Scenarios where it is not suited: small SME companies where the volume is less. ROI will not be there to display.

TruBot is a sophisticated tool for automating business processes across all domains. It reduces human efforts drastically and the repetitive jobs are handled by bots created using the tool. User can design workflow in the tool which matches the business needs by using pre-built scripts. If some scenarios are custom then the user can code for them too. The pre-built scripts cover almost all major automation scenarios and error handling is up to the mark. The latest features help in automating almost all the jobs.

Pros

This product lets us automate all repeated Windows desktop processes that we need to perform, and this allows us to make our employee’s work easier and in turn allows us to upgrade the entire way we work.
I like the design, and the way to develop bots is easy, and I thought it would be complicated, but it is the opposite. I love its intuitive design, ease of use, and integration with other tools.
I am totally satisfied with TruBot because it can be used for end-to-end process automation and improve workflow and make it much more interactive; it is the automation solution that increases efficiency.

Cons

The price is little more than other leading tools in the market.
Everyone should complete the training provided on the company website and then start implementing.
Something that I do not like at all about this tool and I would like it to be restructured is the registration dynamics in the different services they offer.

Pre-built templates are also very useful, I've utilized them in 2 places. One of our tasks was not being able to create bots but the web recording option made our day. Simple to use, easily create bots. Once you start using this I am sure no one will replace it. It will make all our work easy and also help us improve our efficiency. One of the challenges for us every day was on-time updates on project status to management, so we plan to make this process automation. Now, based on our trigger, this tool will automatically send email notifications to all our managers for review and approval.

Overall, I am happy with this product. In our organization, previously, we were doing many things

manually, which was taking much time and resources. Now through [Datamatics RPA] TruBot, we have

made our lots of operations automated, like deployment, and it helps in auditing

as well. [It] provides good security also in terms of your data.

Pros

Using this, our operations now run smooth and [are] able to do multiple deployments in a short span. [I] also like its rule-based tasks.
Whatever we want to do, [we] just need provide those specific rules and scripts.
The best part is we can use it for our complex processes as well.

Cons

The tool is not very compatible [with the] cloud. They heavily rely on on-premises deployment. [It would be nice to have more] cloud adoption.
The license model needs to be modified. Licenses should not be tied to a machine or a user, instead, they should be with the number of active instances.

Likelihood to Recommend

The Datamatics RPA TruBot is very well suited for automating simple processes in the

beginning. In our [organization], we started with 3 processes, which have now increased to

over a dozen different processes. The tool is suitable in areas where heavy

documents are being processed that require days to complete the processing.

As the bank's customers were increasing day by day, they faced a few issues while processing KYC forms. With the help of this RPA tool, TruBot automatically processes the data, manages the entire KYC processing cycle (including receipt of documents via fax, mail, courier, scanning processing, validating document management, archival, and retrieval), and generates MIS reports.

We are the Reseller for Datamatics [RPA TruBot] & we used to suggest RPA TruBot to the companies who wished to automate their simple process in a simple & efficient manner. The process with [Datamatics RPA TruBot is] easy to design even for a non-technical person. Also, it is possible to train a non-technical person to design & implement the process as per the requirement of the company.

It's easy to understand the error, if the bot is not giving desired results

The training session of [Datamatics] RPA TruBot should be different every time instead of [a] recorded one

We have been using this program for 1.5 years in our domestic and export departments. They need proper workflow sales and marketing data. It covers all of India's sales and oversees the company and its support to manpower. It also covers all the work between end customers for our organization. In our company, the problems this software addresses in large quantities are the dire need to run a web application manually and without alert reports about the details of prudent creation in progress and its culmination facets the way they are exercised on its dedicated server. All this in a much more flexible, automated way which abundantly establishes productivity for us that we have never experienced before.
