User can design workflow in the tool which matches the business needs by using pre-built scripts. If some scenarios are custom then the user can code for them too. The pre-built scripts cover almost all major automation scenarios and error handling is up to the mark. The latest features help in automating almost all the jobs.
Pros and Cons
  • This product lets us automate all repeated Windows desktop processes that we need to perform, and this allows us to make our employee’s work easier and in turn allows us to upgrade the entire way we work.
  • I like the design, and the way to develop bots is easy, and I thought it would be complicated, but it is the opposite. I love its intuitive design, ease of use, and integration with other tools.
  • I am totally satisfied with TruBot because it can be used for end-to-end process automation and improve workflow and make it much more interactive; it is the automation solution that increases efficiency.

Pre-built templates are also very useful, I've utilized them in 2 places. One of our tasks was not being able to create bots but the web recording option made our day. Simple to use, easily create bots. Once you start using this I am sure no one will replace it. It will make all our work easy and also help us improve our efficiency. One of the challenges for us every day was on-time updates on project status to management, so we plan to make this process automation. Now, based on our trigger, this tool will automatically send email notifications to all our managers for review and approval.

It covers all of India's sales and oversees the company and its support to manpower. It also covers all the work between end customers for our organization. In our company, the problems this software addresses in large quantities are the dire need to run a web application manually and without alert reports about the details of prudent creation in progress and its culmination facets the way they are exercised on its dedicated server. All this in a much more flexible, automated way which abundantly establishes productivity for us that we have never experienced before.
