Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In our organization, I use Demostack primarily for product demonstrations. Motive addresses critical business problems such as fleet management and road safety, and Demostack plays a key role in enabling me to give interactive demos that showcase real-world use cases. This allows potential customers to see how our solutions can directly address their needs in a tangible and engaging way.

Pros

replicates a complete functional dashboard
its easy to switch between features in real time
you do not have to have different tabs open
there are click paths that can enable you with the best possible demonstrations

Cons

Demo stack enables every single feature on our dashboard I cant ask for anything more.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used Demostack for 2+ years to build custom demos, quickly. In the past, it would take 4 - 6 hours to build a demo in the platform. We can now have these ready to present in less than 5 minutes. Our sales team uses Demostack for prospecting, intro calls, video tours and lots more. We know that deals are far more likely to close if a prospect sees a custom demo. But it was impossible to scale and we had to make hard choices on which prospects would get a custom demo. Now we can use them at any point in the sales cycle. We also love the Tours function which allows customers to have a self-guided experience with ROI info embedded. This helps champions sell when we are not in the room, which is a huge help since our typical buying committee is 5+ people.

Team is very responsive and helpful with bug fixes
Tech roadmap moves fast and they have been adding features based on our requests regularly

Cons

Platform was lacking folders for organizing, but they recently launched that feature so has been solved
Small bugs but team is very responsive to make sure we have what we need
Excited to integrate Demostack in our CRM when time permits

Likelihood to Recommend

Get Demostack if: Custom demos help you close deals but are hard to build. You struggle with helping champions sell when you are not in the room. Consistent use of demo resources across your sales team and data to measure success/optimize are a priority. Where I think Demostack is less relevant? A very inexpensive SaaS platform where there is no need for customization, a buying committee of only 1 or 2, and a very fast deal cycle (1 week or less).

We use Demostack to provide quick product overviews during discovery without the need for an SC Send a personalised demo environment with pre-defined click paths to make the experience as tailored as possible Analytics and getting to know our product better, becoming more self-sufficient

Pros

Easy to send and track demo environments to see how long your prospect spends and where they click on
Ease of use and flexibility
UI is very modern

Cons

There is nothing I feel is missing from Demostack right now, sometimes it takes a while to load but that could be an issue on our end

Likelihood to Recommend

On discovery calls when a prospect just wants to get a quick feel of the product, we now can do so and walk them through specific use cases before the demo to make sure when we have an SC on, we can focus on what is important to them. Also, this helps you come across as more knowledgeable and builds trust and and confidence
