Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to communicate delivery times with our receivers and confirmation of delivery with our shippers. This greatly reduces our need for extra staff and streamlines our communications increasing our customer satisfaction and service levels.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The software was implemented for one of our campaigns; it was provided directly by the customer. In this specific case, it was a private package delivery company. I was trained in the use of the software and after giving training to the users in the campaign, the aim was mostly to keep track of the vehicle fleet of the customer and the new ones that could arrive.

Likelihood to Recommend

As a trainer for the use of the software, it was surprisingly easy to explain to the final users how the software works, and being able to do that shorted the time for the theory training and left more room for the practical training, as for the actual use of the software it's very well suited to do what is meant to do, tracking is easy, implementation is fast, honestly teaching it was a breeze.
