Dice is the best sourcing platform I have used in my 7 years of experience. Dice helps me to source the profiles and have lots of filter options compared to any other job boards. On my day to day activities I prefer to source the profiles in Dice and I met my targets.

  • Sometime it showing wrong years of experience in the years of experience section
  • Make the candidate contact details field mandatory while uploading the resume

In the regular basis i am using Dice.com, when i get the requirement i choose Dice.com only to get the profile and i don't face any problem in Dice.com portal, even it is very easy and to get the resume. in the Dice.com we can see some filter like location, work authorization, experience, it will use filter the resume to get exact match profiles.

we majorly use Dice.com for job posting and sourcing the resume, in which we don't face any business problems. the best thing which i see in Dice.com is job posting. sourcing the resume with various filter process is easy even filter like work authorization and relocation are very use full one

Mostly it perform well in sourcing the resume using specific location though Boolean search or strings. posting of job with very rare skill is easy to source resume. the best part is the filtration process which is unique compare to other portal

I use Dice.com portal for sourcing and posting the job. It is very useful portal when compared to other job portals. Whenever I get the requirements from the client my first priority for sourcing the profiles is Dice.com where I can get the profile easily. Its help me to perform well at my work.
