We are a real estate company and use it for every transaction. We also use it to keep all our employee documents per office.
- Ease of keeping loops together.
- Lots of options for searching for the loop you need.
- We have all five of our offices together so that it is easy to switch back and forth.
- When going back to the previous page, it shouldn't completely reset.
Dotloop helps all of our staff members stay organized and provides folders for each property and sale. In Real Estate, it is so easy to become disorganized and lose a paper, and it gets extremely tiring to print out paperwork for contracts and day-to-day documents. Dotloop provides an organized way to keep all documents pertaining to a particular property together and send contracts and documents over to clients and other parties of the transaction for signatures in just seconds. Genius program!

I use Dotloop for all my Real Estate transactions, whether I am representing a buyer, seller, or renter. Dotloop makes it easy to keep all my files in one place and organized so I can easily manage my transactions. It is great to be able to add my transaction manager to the loop and keep the communication about that transaction, all in one place. Overall, Dotloop helps me stay organized and efficient.

Every time we buy or sell a house we enter the data into Dotloop. It is a way to digitize documents and share them with trusted partners and the people involved on the other side of a transaction. This helps alleviate the problem of having to store paper documents, and still being compliant, and it makes the recovery of those documents quite easy.

Dotloop is a great program and is always improving
Dotloop is being used for Real Estate Transactions. We use it company-wide and our agents are required to put their contracts in Dotloop and submit it for company review. It allows agents/assistants to obtain client signatures, addendums from anywhere. We use it for our record keeping of real estate transactions. So it allows everyone to work any time from anywhere.
- Signature verifications - doesn't allow multiple users for the same email
- Workflows - keeps the flow of the transaction well, and allows for remote communication between office and agent
- Workflows - they could be more customizable, and effective immediately instead of new loops only
- Reports - this could be MUCH more expanded; including client reports, broken down by agents, clients, new by date, etc.

Easy to use!
As an Administrative Coordinator within a property management office for a large hospital, Dotloop has been a huge success for us since using the software! It has cut down on tremendous amounts of physical paperwork as well as time from physically signing paperwork, to filing, to recording data and reporting it has really cut down the work time.
- Dotloop has a great user interface. The features that seem small but are a huge help such as automatically scrolling to where the person needs to review and sign is very creative.
- It has been great to be able to pull documents from the app on a mobile device to a web browser on a desktop.
- It is very easy to organize documents (add, remove, arrange, edit, etc.)
- I have occasionally encountered the software's wording/tips covering the text on the document.

The Perfect Document Signing Software For Real Estate Transactions
Dotloop is being used by our company and clients for easy document signing for real estate transactions. It is being used in the real estate department as well as with several clients in the real estate industry. When it comes to real estate, document signing and organization is a critical function as delays signing or missing documentation can cause delays in the deal process and cause delays in closing.
Dotloop removes these concerns by creating a dead-simple way for anyone to sign documents online. Homebuyers and sellers do not need to go through time-consuming registration processes, they simply click on the link and it opens the document for them to sign. It is so easy to use that we have never had a technical issue or question from a client on how to use it.

- Unique links for each user makes it easy and fool proof to use.
- It is so easy to use there are no instructions needed, even for first time users.
- Can be clunky at times if you need to make edits and resigning existing documents.
- The admin interface is a not the most user friendly.
- Should have more training videos for setting it up and adding documentation.

Dotloop has made my life so much easier!
Dotloop made it easy to complete my transaction and the process was smooth by using it to complete daily paperwork needs (signatures, agreements, etc.). Not having to physically go somewhere to sign something was great and it was convenient. By having everything electronic, it saves a ton on paperwork and storage!
- Dotloop's user interface is the best I've seen! It brings you exactly to where you need to read and sign.
- The security features were great and it makes it easy when the client doesn't need to create an account.
- Convenience is everything! Dotloop has made it easier than ever to complete multiple days of paperwork.
- The viewing could be a bit more user friendly when opening from different types of devices.
- It would be nice if there was an alert that clients don't need to try to login when opening a document since they don't have an account.

Dotloop is a helpful alternative to in-office signing.
We use Dotloop in our office for e-signing documents such as listing agreements, closing agreements, and any other real estate forms. I personaly use it to get leases and renewal signed as well as management agreements.
- Being able to sign a document without having to come into the office.
- Being able to have multiple people sign that document.
- Having everything saved in one place is a plus.
- I'd like to see better functionality on the property management side. Right now it seems geared more toward real estate sales, which is fine. I make it work for me.
- It would be nice to be able to just choose signature, date, or initials etc. and just be able to click every line and have it appear rather than having to click on the item you want every time. I know you can copy and paste but you have to click paste every time.
- It would be great if people could sign using one email. I get why they have to have separate emails, so that not just one person is signing for everyone but it would be great if there was some other way to be able to get more than one person to sign using just one email. A lot of people don't have separate emails or even an email address at all.

Dotloop for rental applications
The brokerage I belonged to used it for rental (and presumably sale) transactions; it allows for document sharing and keeping track of tasks like e-signatures, identification uploads, edits, etc. It streamlines the transaction process by putting everything in one place that multiple agents and administrators can access. We attached rental applications and contracts to it, and shared task lists so that everyone knew what was missing and what needed to be done next.
- Various permissions, so privacy is ensured but tasks can be shared with the right parties
- Status differentiation to make it easy to see what needs to be done next
- Fairly decent customer service
- Somewhat clunky interface that can be a little dizzying at times
- Weird login protocols (at least when I was using it), making it hard to switch from the free to paid version or vice versa
- Membership limitations that make businesses buy more subscriptions than they need, or not enough

Dotloop doesn't make you jump through hoops
We currently use Dotloop as a way to connect buyers and sellers to their agents and other affiliates without having to leave their homes. We send purchase agreements and other documents that need to be signed to them via email and they are able to sign wherever they are.
