Overall Satisfaction with Dotloop
Every time we buy or sell a house we enter the data into Dotloop. It is a way to digitize documents and share them with trusted partners and the people involved on the other side of a transaction. This helps alleviate the problem of having to store paper documents, and still being compliant, and it makes the recovery of those documents quite easy.
- Saves Data in an organized fashion.
- Ease of transferring documents.
- Is easily integrated into the MLS index and inventory of properties.
- Sometimes the program freezes as it updates an upload.
- I wish it would notify users of a pending document via text to create urgency.
- I wish it would accept jpg instead of just pdf.
