Who Buys & Uses EBizCharge

EBizCharge - Best for AR

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it as an Accounts Receivable tool. It collects order and invoice payments from our customers which helps streamline everything better and more securely. It also helps since it links straight to our invoicing system, Acumatica. When a payment comes in from a customer, it links automatically to that invoice in our system. That makes things quick and efficient for the AR side of our company.

Pros

  • Links directly to our invoicing system for more efficient payment application for our orders and invoices
  • Allows for easy ways to create a payment link and embed it directly to our orders and invoices so that everything is in one place and secure for our customers and us as a company
  • Gives multiple opportunities to create things that fit our company brand so that our customers feel like their payments are secure and eases their ability to pay us

Cons

  • We have had issues with the automatic import of payments from EBizCharge
  • into Acumatica. When we manually import them, they successfully apply to the correct order/invoice, but when we had it on automatic, we would get duplicated payment entries which created more unnecessary work for us having to delete them after.
  • We were told that previously used credit cards on a customer account would not show up if another user wanted to pay for a separate order/invoice, but they do show up. We have a couple of accounts that many, many users pay through and it would be way too hard to create a new account for each user since there are so many that use it. We just wanted the ability to not have the previously used credit cards shown on a new payment, but they are which is super inconvenient for security purposes.
  • We previously had issues with payments not being imported to the correct account but that has gotten better. Not resolved completely, but better. It just creates more work for us having to go into the payment and change it to the correct account and then validate it.
