Eclipse CCMaaS Platform

Eclipse CCMaaS Platform is a cloud-based Customer Communications Management solution delivered as a managed service (CCM as a Service) on Microsoft Azure. Developed by Eclipse Group (Netherlands), the platform is used by organizations in regulated sectors, including KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, De Nederlandsche Bank, Aegon, and government agencies, to design, generate, and deliver personalized and compliant customer communications at scale across print and digital channels. The platform is designed for business users rather than IT specialists: teams can create templates, adjust content, and configure communication scenarios themselves through drag-and-drop editors, with changes applied quickly and reliably. Eclipse handles the backend infrastructure and supports complex tasks as part of the managed service, so organizations get accessible CCM software without needing extensive IT involvement.

End-to-end communication chain

The platform covers the full CCM lifecycle in one integrated environment: data integration, content and template management, scenario management, omnichannel distribution, and insights and reporting. Communications are composed once from dynamic templates and delivered across channels including email, letter/print, SMS, WhatsApp, customer portals, payment channels (iDEAL/QR), and the Dutch government message box (MijnOverheid). Closed-loop tracking confirms whether messages are received, read, and acted on, and can trigger automated follow-ups when they are not.

Canonical Data Model (CDM)

Customer data from source systems (CRM, ERP, policy and claims systems, contact center tooling) is structured, validated, and enriched into a single canonical dataset, so that the same up-to-date data drives every channel and document.

Document generation and forms

The platform generates high-volume, personalized documents (batch and on-demand) with conditional logic, brand consistency, and multi-format output (PDF, AFP, HTML, email). The integrated FlexForms module lets business users build multilingual, logic-driven web forms that capture structured customer data and feed it directly into communication workflows - supporting use cases such as data enrichment, compliance, and remediation.
