Use Cases and Deployment Scope

A great tool for setting up your internal processes. The design is nice, the interface is easy to understand. It doesn’t take you long to learn how all the basic features work, and once you learn how the whole low-code designer works, you can do wonders with it!

  • Here are some examples of workflows that benefit from fast implementation: invoice approval, contract approval, processing of claims.
  • Also, the CRM features are great for working with orders and managing the entire history of cooperation with your counterparties. Forms can be conveniently designed to fit all the information that you need to have in one place.

Likelihood to Recommend

Generally speaking, this software definitely does the job, and at a great price. Its characteristics are more than enough, and it is easy to use. I am happy with what it offers us, and would definitely recommend it to others.

Handy tool for process management

The main business task that is being solved is the transparency of approval and the possibility for the initiator and the company managers to control the current status of the processes. The company uses ELMA to solve the following tasks: approval of documents project management task management work with documents

A reliable solution for low-code automation with great perspectives for further development

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently, we are using ELMA365 for 2 workflows: 1) Mass recruitment process. We have 4 distributed groups of users – initiators and their managers, recruiters, and HR administrators. This main problem is being solved – coordination and the possibility to monitor statuses of their job openings. 2) Utility meter devices measurement collection and following data transfer. Upcoming processes to be implemented within ELMA365: 1) contracts and documentation approval process 2) quality control in 100+ bakeries.

Pros

  • It is a great deal in terms of price-quality ratio. We have the option to promptly create applications without detailed formalization of requirements.
  • With Typescript scenarios, the system is rather flexible and provides tools to implement complicated business logic.
  • They have very client-oriented support. Every time we face a problem they are ready to help.
  • Easy to start using the system for both analysts and users.

Cons

  • We want some options using Typescript to become no-code settings. Some of our suggestions were taken in the backlog but we cannot assess so far how quickly new features appear. For us, the development of new features of the main functionality (processes, applications, and their properties) is more necessary than launching completely new modules.
  • There are some limitations on Typescript scenarios that are not in any way documented. For example, we faced a limit of 100 loops while executing a task assigning function. This limit obviously was not reachable during the test period when we tested it on 10 bakeries. Overall, Typescript SDK is not documented properly.
  • Here is one more thing to take into account. If you want to have any serious analytics you can’t get it within ELMA. We extracted our data with API, put it in our database, and made reports within PowerBI. I think the ELMA team should focus on data extraction options (more data available for extraction) rather than developing their analytics module.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would recommend ELMA365 to all small to medium-sized businesses who want to automate their processes and therefore increase transparency and manageability.

At the moment, we are testing ELMA365 in our company. We plan to use it for managing e-documents, running contract approval, working with deals in CRM, as well as managing internal tasks. If the system administrator knows TypeScript, any use case is possible with ELMA365.

  • A two-way connection between the context and an app (at the moment, data or activity streams are not sent from the context to the app)

The cost, the fact that it is SaaS and is easy to deploy, the user-friendly interface. Basically, no vendor offers anything similar.

ELMA365 is one of the most functional and user-friendly business process automation systems in which I have ever worked!

The platform organizes work on large projects very well. It contains all the tools in order to form tasks, control execution, provide technical support to users, and manage finances. The system allows you to record all project metrics and track the effectiveness of the project as a whole. Since there are many large projects in our company, we decided to automate all design processes.

Cons

  • Using ELMA365 does not cause any difficulties, but, [in my opinion], for implementation at the initial stage, it is better to involve a partner, then the project will move faster.

Likelihood to Recommend

Organization of tasks, sales funnels, dynamics of transactions - everything is as clear and functional as possible. ELMA365 allows you to create multiple sales funnels to manage your deals. I really like that everything is organized in the format of cards. For example, customer cards display all information about the latest actions. Our managers will always be able to see the current status of a deal with a client. All interfaces that display the dynamics of transactions, color, bright and intuitive
