The main business task that is being solved is the transparency of approval and the possibility for the initiator and the company managers to control the current status of the processes. - It would be great to have more additional modules for different scenarios (for example, employee register, a portal with the birthdays of employees, etc.)
- The efficiency of the back office has increased significantly, as well the speed of document approval on the whole.
The cost, the fact that it is SaaS and is easy to deploy, the user-friendly interface. Basically, no vendor offers anything similar.
