FactorFox
What is FactorFox?
FactorFox is a browser based operating system for factoring and specialty finance companies. It has been in continuous production since 2002 and supports roughly 100 factoring and specialty finance firms across North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia, and South Africa. The platform covers the full receivable lifecycle: client and debtor setup, invoice purchase and funding, verification, cash application, collections, reserves and escrow, and reporting.
Operations
Schedules of accounts are entered or imported, advances are calculated against client specific terms, and funding is released through the same ledger that carries fees, reserves, and escrow. Aging, client statements, participation splits, and broker commissions come out of that ledger instead of being rebuilt in spreadsheets. Role based permissions separate what operations staff, underwriting, and management can see and approve.
AI capabilities
FactorFox is model agnostic, so the intelligence layer is not tied to a single AI provider. Document intelligence reads factoring agreements, invoices, and supporting paperwork and performs the data entry, including fee schedules and discount terms, with the source document attached to the record so a person can verify every extracted value. Risk and funding conditions are monitored continuously and delivered as briefings that carry their evidence rather than as dashboards that require interpretation.
Integrations and fit
Dual accounting integrations post entries to the general ledger without rekeying. FactorFox fits independent factors, bank affiliated units, and multi vertical shops running general factoring alongside niche programs, and it has been serving that market for more than 25 years.
