This integration enables smooth content sharing across multiple channels, enhancing organic engagement and expanding the reach of their social advocacy efforts.

These tools provide valuable insights into the success of their social media activities, allowing users to refine strategies and optimize performance accordingly.
We selected GaggleAMP to help us expand awareness for our company and also grow our engagement numbers across our social media channels. Before using the tool, the process of having employees share content to social was much more manual and typically entailed copying and pasting links into Slack and/or email with no tracking or incentives to get employees to click and like or share the content. Now, with the tool, we are able to track and see our engagement across our channels, and the leaderboard introduces some friendly competition to help keep our employees inspired and incentivized to support our efforts.
Pros
Slack integration is easy.
Notifications of new content is solid.
Ability to accept or say "no thanks" helps us see what employees are more likely to share.
Cons
Speed - sometimes it takes a while from when we post something on LinkedIn until we see it's available in the tool to share.
Likelihood to Recommend
One-click sharing is much easier for our employees. Most use the Slack integration (since our company heavily relies on Slack to communicate). This makes it almost impossible for people to be able to say they missed a company announcement or news (if they're using the tool). Also, since we run competitions within the tool, ideally, I'd love to have the ability to export the entire leaderboard on my own at any point, as an admin. That way, I can do pop-up surprise awards or raffles for anyone who has the above X-points. Instead, I have to ask our rep to export it for me, which isn't the fastest way, especially when employees are waiting to hear who wins what for the incentives we offer.
GaggleAMP has become a critical part of our Global Social Media program, and we constantly encourage employees and partners to utilize the tool. A link to sign-up is provided to most new hires during onboarding/training. The product helps to address internal communication challenges and an often unfamiliarity with Social Media in general by providing approved content and enabling an easy-to-use method for sharing relevant business information.
Pros
Customer support.
Integration with SAML/2-Factor solutions for added security.
Reporting.
Gamification.
Cons
Activity notification emails are sometimes late in reaching peoples' inboxes.
Sometimes activities just fail to work and an IT ticket is needed.
GaggleAMP has to explore more ways to get ahead of API issues.
Some pages on the new dashboard aren't as intuitive.
Activity notification emails could use some design work.

GaggleAMP is well suited when you want to get timely local language content out to folks in other countries/regions, or content for a specific group/department. It is also well suited when you have multiple Gaggle content managers with multiple content calendars. It might be less appropriate if you want to hold multiple Social contests (gamification) with different rules, scopes, leaderboards, etc. for different groups/tags as there is only one leaderboard.
I have managed GaggleAMP at two different organisations as a way for employees to easily share quality social media content put together by social media pros ensuring high-quality content for employees to leverage. Most people are not confident in sending business content, and the GaggleAMP tool provides access to content that is created by experienced social media team members. Additionally, I believe GaggleAMP has the best back-end analytics tools in the market, which is critical as these pre-built diagrams provide insight into the impact of sharing social content within a company that is targeted directly for executive teams in a way that immediately shows the ROI from GaggleAMP. Also, the employees using this tool see an immediate increase in new followers and engagement on their social channels as people begin to look to their channels for high-quality thought leadership content.
Pros
Analytics
Onboarding for new employees
Easy to use tool
Cons
Running live streams into the tool for automated sharing is difficult
Automated reporting to other contacts in employee

I have used this tool 2x in other organisations with limited employee experience, especially LinkedIn. In both companies, there was an immediate benefit to operating this tool as employees saw significant follower increase and engagement. I am planning to run this at a 3rd company in the near future and have endorsed this company in a case study and podcast. It is the best social advocacy tool in the market at an attractive cost.
We use GaggleAMP for social advocacy within our company. We auto-populate posts from our website in GaggleAMP to be available to our employees to share, like, and comment on. Our Gaggle is gamified with a point system to encourage usage among employees. We offer a prize system to accommodate the gamification. Our company uses GaggleAMP to increase the reach and engagement of our social media plan and strategy.
Pros
Company social advocacy.
Increase reach and engagement of organization's network.
Expand insight into the analytics of what your employees want to see and what they care about.
Cons
There are no out of the box implementations to get started quick.
The campaign manager could be more involved and vocal about recommendations and how to implement them.
I'd like deeper insight into what my employees do and do not like to share.

GaggleAMP works best if you need help getting better reach and engagement with your social media plan and strategy. If you have thought leaders or social media extraordinaire, GaggleAMP will work particularly well for you. It is an easy way to manage and schedule posts for not only your company page but for every employee in the organization.
I started using GaggleAMP to increase my business social media presence which was really lacking. Although I have a small team, and sometimes even function as just two or three, it's a great incentive for these members who are otherwise prone to not being fully invested in my business growth if they are working part-time, for example. The point system is a great one for incentivizing members though, and it also creates a healthy bit of competition and community even among the 3 or 4 of us, as well as introducing us to a variety of social media presence methods beyond what each individual may be comfortable with.
Pros
Suggests activities that are relevant to the social media outlets we use
Provides a point system to incentivize member interaction on social media
Provides in-depth reports that are useful for tracking outreach outcomes
Cons
A more guided approach to getting started independently aside from the demo
Some parts of the website could be a little more organized in terms of format and layout mostly
Explanation of certain terms that may be unfamiliar

GaggleAMP is well-suited for teams that are larger and may not be as appropriate for smaller teams like mine. However, that is not always the case either! I do think that in some cases, particularly where engagement may be low among your team, this could be a great resource if it is within your budget, and it has definitely provided a streamlined approach and incentivized way to build community and build outreach for my educational services.
Led by Marketing Communications in close collaboration with Corporate Communications, we use GaggleAMP for employee advocacy, both to amplify our social media reach and to enable employees to build their own thought leadership brand on social. A sizable percentage of our employee base is well connected on social media to buyer and influencer personas in our target market, so employee use of GaggleAMP enables us to expand the audience for company messaging and thought leadership.
Pros
Customer service and training
Gamifying employee advocacy
Tracking metrics
Cons
Mobile UI is a little dated
Lack of social channel preview on mobile for users
Likelihood to Recommend
GaggleAMP is well-suited to companies trying to grow their social media impact, especially if they don't already have a strong follower audience. GaggleAMP is also perfect for companies with high employee engagement and a strong sense of internal brand. This tool helps activate those internal brand advocates. I would not recommend GaggleAMP to companies whose employee engagement is poor. The success of the program depends on employees choosing to do activities that promote the company's messaging, and low employee engagement would likely result in disappointing engagement with the program and very low ROI.
GaggleAmp is used across the whole organization in order to quickly and easily share valuable company content/ social posts to their social media platforms. This is a seamless and effortless way for the employees to engage with and extend the reach of social content without having to do too much.
Pros
Very intuitive tool - easily used without training
Advanced post scheduling
Integrates with multiple social platforms
Cons
Minor bugs
Inactivity can result in removal of user

GaggleAmp has helped us establish the sales/marketing team as thought leaders within the networks as it really allowed us to leverage personal connections and to get company thought leadership into the market place.
Current employees, independent agents who sell Colonial Life insurance products and brokers who sell Colonial Life insurance products use GaggleAmp to publish content on their own social channels. The corporate communications team creates the content and the GaggleAmp users choose whether or not to publish that content on their own social channels.
Pros
User management
Content creation for each social channel
User-friendly
Cons
Producing more accurate link previews
Easier interface when checking list of users
Likelihood to Recommend
GaggleAmp is well suited for producing a wide variety of content for your organization and disseminating that content across several social media channels. Users are able to identify which types of post they want to receive based on tags, for example, community relations or small business. That’s helpful for targeting your content across audiences. It’s easiest to have your content already created rather than going through GaggleAmp and creating it within the platform.
GaggleAMP is being used by our marketing department with users from departments partnering to bring associates company social posts. The ability to easily publish social posts to the different sites is not new. But bringing in your company or team on it and getting them involved with sharing and liking is fundamental in efforts to grow and engage more on the socials. Also, love the gaming ability with the leaderboards.
Pros
Easy to tell associates what posts to like and share. Especially like that we can point them to like or share industry posts.
Easy to get others in organization to sign up. Also offers app and browser app.
Gamefication aspect allows associates to have friendly competition and allows awarding of prizes for reaching set point values
Cons
Sometime if you have a link in you post, GaggleAMP won’t carry the link forward into the post you share.
It can also take GaggleAMP some time to automatically pick up a post and alert your users that it is available to share.
Likelihood to Recommend
Suitable for any sharing of company, partner or industry posts with your associates to engage with on their own socials networks. Nice way to make sure everyone is on message.
Less appropriate with small orgs.
