Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Global Database has become one of our most steady and reliable tools for B2B prospecting. We initially adopted it for list building in specific Canadian tech sectors, and the accuracy of their firmographic and contact data has been consistently strong. The enrichment service also helps fill gaps when our internal CRM records are incomplete.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It has been really positive so far. I have added 31 potential leads and 65 referral partners in the first 15 days. I would have taken me months to do this manually. I first knee jerked a bit at the price but I would have gladly paid more than that for advertising that would not have yielded nearly the same results.

Pros

  • I like the tight integration with LinkedIn. I like the campaign sequencing and customizations you can make.

Cons

  • I did not like that I could not edit a sequence or remove one of the actions after it was launched. When you are just learning, you tend to make adjustments. I am told they are working to address this issue.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Global Database mainly for lead generation and personally I am very pleased with the results they deliver. Even if they do not all the data I or my team need to accomplish a goal for ourselves or our clients, we demand data enrichment and they have provided all the details we've asked for so far. They are delightful to work with and I believe that they really care about our company's success.

Pros

  • Extensive company profiles.
  • Efficient data enrichment.
  • Information about companies that is hard to find manually.
  • Great customer support and friendly team.
  • We have not hit invalid emails so far.

Cons

  • For some regions it takes a bit longer to find the required data, but I guess it's more of an availability issue rather then the company's fault. They tell us though how long it may take so we can make plans accordingly.

Likelihood to Recommend

I haven't tried all of their solutions. We use their sales and marketing platform and data enrichment and it is a great fit for our lead generation needs. We use their data to help our clients achieve their goals too and have been satisfied so far. The platform is easy to use, and filters are pretty straightforward. An example of how we use it is take a certain region, industry, number of employees, some other criteria based on the task and what we get is a list of companies. We either narrow down the results by adding more requirements or export that data to our automation tools to start our campaigns.
