We can design custom background checks using GoodHire for any employment type and job function. It streamlines the procedure and offers thorough and effective background checks. When making our hiring decisions, we omitted a lot of information. Using Good Hire makes it easy for me to secure our clients and staff because I appear to acquire information from a variety of sources.

I used GoodHire when I first was hired to make sure that I satisfied all the required background checks before I started working. The business problem that this addresses is how to quickly and efficiently get lots of employees checked with as little interruption to business as possible. In my case the scope was just me and my team as that is all the people that were affected.

I think GoodHire is very well suited for business that have lots of employees and need a service that will reliably do the job quickly and efficiently. One scenario I could see where GoodHire is less well suited however is for smaller companies as it is quite expensive and so for them it may make more sense to look for cheaper alternatives.

Background verification is easier. It is a trusted guide for us to use. Because they have such a good list of clients, we were able to take our business needs to them. They take lesser times to provide background checks. Experience has been quite fruitful for us. We are able to intiate and manage our background checks more efficiently

Good Hire is used by our company to complete promotional and pre-employment background checks. Our promotional background checks, completed by internal associates, are completed using a direct link created and provided by Good Hire on our location’s intranet site. Pre-employment background checks, completed by external candidates, are completed using api integrations to Good Hire and the Good Hire system will email a link directly to candidates.

The system is easy to use for both external candidates and internal associates being promoted. The process is intuitive and simple for the end user. Overall, the admin user experience is also easy to use for reviewing alerts on background checks and sending pre-adverse action letters. We have multiple locations in multiple states and the checks are compliant for each based on the location that the candidate or associate is from.

  • At times the communication can be a problem - especially when the background check is taking longer than normal

Overall, Goodhire is a great product. It's easy to use and the results come back fairly quickly. The one thing I would like to see improved is the communication when the results are taking longer to come back. It would be great if the team at Goodhire would reach out explaining why and give an ETA on when to expect the results.

We also wanted something that would get us results quickly and electronically. GoodHire was quick, online, and comprehensive and better than others we searched.

GoodHire is good for each company regardless of size. We chose this product as it was easy to use as needed. The one heavy downside we found was how the company hounded us once we signed on. We would recommend that you not contact the company until you are actually ready to run a background check otherwise they will hound you to run one.
