Overall Satisfaction with GoodHire
GoodHire was used to run background checks on candidates, and helped satisfy clients' needs.
Pros
- Connects seamlessly to HRIS systems (onboarding)
- Live chat feature
- Friendly customer service
- Ability to create several different packages
- Easy-to-use interface
- Ability to cancel/update background check requests easily
- Results are displayed clearly and succintly
Cons
- Does not include ability to run bulk background checks
- No ability to "run and go" -- requires a few pages of clicking through
- Results older than a few months become archived & are held in a different section of website - making it harder to find them
- Live chat feature
- Customer service is very responsive
- Ability to create packages at leisure
- We ended up switching to another system, since GoodHire could not run background checks in bulk (50-75 candidates)
- Its quick ability to cancel background checks also lent to refunds being quickly processed - saving us money
GoodHire was our go-to for a long time, and will always stand out to me as an excellent vendor. We had to move on however, when our needs changed and we required bulk background checks which they could not provide. Otherwise, I think Goodhire does a fantastic job and makes for an easy, painless process when processing background checks. I would recommend them to anyone!
