Overall Satisfaction with GoodHire

Good Hire is used by our company to complete promotional and pre-employment background checks. Our promotional background checks, completed by internal associates, are completed using a direct link created and provided by Good Hire on our location’s intranet site. Pre-employment background checks, completed by external candidates, are completed using api integrations to Good Hire and the Good Hire system will email a link directly to candidates.

Our previous vendor had slow turn around times, often we would see background checks taking weeks to return results to us. We would also note discrepancies in state compliance and have to point them out to be addressed by their system. Good Hire seems to be more compliant with state regulations and have had quicker processing times for our end users.

The system is easy to use for both external candidates and internal associates being promoted. The process is intuitive and simple for the end user. Overall, the admin user experience is also easy to use for reviewing alerts on background checks and sending pre-adverse action letters. We have multiple locations in multiple states and the checks are compliant for each based on the location that the candidate or associate is from.
