Use Cases and Deployment Scope

GoTo Training is great for online and virtual options to host groups of people. Unlike other programs, there is no time limit that kicks you out of the program if you go over. You don't have to download any program or app and can join online. It's user-friendly and easy to understand and as long as you have internet, you have the ability to use GoTo Training.

Pros

  • Does not have a time limit for training.
  • Ability to keep attendance records for up to a year and organize and filter attendees.

Cons

  • Would love the ability to schedule training directly into Microsoft Office.
  • Some users found if you use different browsers, it affected the functions of the program.

Return on Investment

  • Ability to record trainings that people can use after the live meeting.
