Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Grade.us to manage reviews for our own company and also offer it as a service to our clients who want to create a strategy for garnering more reviews on a regular basis.

Pros

  • Grade.us does a great job of creating an automated process for generating a steady stream of reviews from clients.
  • The live review stream features an always up to date repository of all your reviews from across the web in a clean, clickable interface.
  • The review request email sequence is highly customizable.
  • I like how Grade.us keeps improving and updating to keep pace with the review management industry.

Cons

  • The automatic sharing to social channels is a nice feature but it's execution comes across a bit clunky as the review gets replicated in the image and the text and looks less than ideal.
  • Could use additional guidance for niches where there are more restrictions on reviews like the medical (HIPPA) and legal fields.

Likelihood to Recommend

Grade.us is a great way to implement a process/system for continuously garnering a steady stream of reviews from your clients.

I use G.us for my business and on behalf of nearly all of my clients. G.us makes online reputation management very easy for my business and for my clients...something that used to be haphazard at best is now automated and a standard process for my clients.

G.us makes adding value to a small business through value-added online reputation management very easy.

Pros

  • Automates review requests.
  • Makes review monitoring across sites easy.
  • Makes reporting on review progress simple.

Cons

  • Initial review assessments (in pre-sales) could be better.
  • More robust / detailed tutorials on setting businesses up could improve.
  • Reporting interface could improve.

Likelihood to Recommend

For small local businesses, showing up in search results is critical for success/growth. And Reviews are a critical part of both showing up and showing well for what searchers want to know. Think of your own behavior - what do you notice when you search for a local business (restaurant, plumber, electrician, etc.) - you notice # of stars, # of reviews and then possibly read some reviews. So reviews are critical "social proof" for all local businesses - and Grade.us makes improving that very easy.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Grade.us is the core of our business. We deploy it in the context of our larger business in our consultancy with Home Care Agency owners across the country. It addresses the need to get a difficult population (senior citizens) to articulate reviews of the agency's service more easily. The agencies benefit by showing a larger, more impressive online footprint.

Pros

  • Software is solid. Problems almost always boil down to user error rather than code failure.
  • Customer service is top-notch. Quick response with thoughtful responses.
  • System allows us to fully white label our services in an intuitive and logical manner. No slips.
  • Reporting from the system is automated to the point that it makes us look smart without us really having to prove we are thinking.

Cons

  • Video support could be a little more granular.
  • The nomenclature used in the dashboard is a little unclear to a new user.
  • The password assignment system is a bit over-engineered making it harder to use.

Likelihood to Recommend

When people want to get a broad range of their employees capable of soliciting reviews from happy clients.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Grade.us for our clients to gain more and manage their online reviews. It does an outstanding job of streamlining tasks like posting reviews on my customer's websites. Its ability to send out review requests in quantity is a great time saver. The program itself is easy to use.

  • Landing page widget is squished Horizontally. Need to fix the code.

Likelihood to Recommend

This program is great for any business that relies on repeat or ongoing business. Small to medium-sized businesses you would benefit most. Large manufacturing type businesses might not fully benefit from this program.
