Best LinkedIn software for growing GTM teams SaaS agencies

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use HeyReach as a critical tool within our GTM orchestration. It allows us to create 'senders' out of our teams' LinkedIn Profiles, so that we can run automated, complex, multi-step campaigns. These include connection request campaigns to increase our first degree connections, outbound sequences to drive leads & pipeline, and much, much more.

Pros

  • Integrate with our modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Clay, Hubspot)
  • Automate LinkedIn actions without tripping limits or making gaffes
  • Constant feature releases making the product more valuable over time without increasing cost
  • Specifically designed to make time-to-value short, no long, complicated learning curve (even a GTM novice could pick it up quickly and create powerful campaigns)
  • Opinionated product that teaches you how to automate/sequence in LinkedIn properly

Cons

  • The master inbox could be improved (better hot keys, smoother experience)
  • Probably on the roadmap, but the ability to create sub-sequences

Return on Investment

  • We have driven thousands of new best-fit ICP connections across our senders
  • We have driven hundreds of meetings in pipeline
  • We have saved hundreds (thousands?) of manual hours of work

Good platform for mass LinkedIn Outreach

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used HeyReach for our DemandGen & LinkedIn Outreach. It has help us to do the LinkedIn Outreach at very large scale as we were using over 50 accounts at a time & it helped a single person to manage the responses, which made it very easy for us to get a good pipeline.

Pros

  • LinkedIn Outreach at Large Scale
  • Getting data from LinkedIn like people who interacted with the posts etc.
  • Reply to the prospects all at one place
  • Check the analytics for multiple accounts in one place
  • Manage multiple LinkedIn Account at a single place

Cons

  • Auto comment is missing
  • While uploading https is compulsory which is too rigid
  • Need to improve the LinkedIn connection logic as it keeps on disconnecting
  • Got accounts blocked multiple times hence they need to improve the IP logic as well

Return on Investment

  • It is good for ROI if you have multiple accounts to connect as it is very cheap
  • It is bad for ROI if you are looking to connect lesser accounts as there are better tools with same pricing at a smaller scale
